I too never had cracks but experienced leaking on both sides. I used Permatex windshield flowable and it worked great.

I went ahead with preventative measures myself to avoid dealing with a leak. I used the marine weatherstripping mentioned on this forum. Sealed perfectly.

Mine started leaking at about the 4 years into ownership.

I got a letter about an extra 3 years on the window warranty but never got one about the brake light. If you call Mopar or Ram Cares I'm sure they will confirm the extended warranty for you or the dealer.

I hear ya. Almost every time I've had something done at the dealer there is some type of damage when I get it back.

Maybe I'm wrong but i think the dealer would do the replacement from what I've seen in some posts. I believe the headliner needs to be removed as well which is why I am hesitant to get anything done. I foresee lots of potential for damage.

I've seen posts where people had it replaced and it started leaking again so that's why I'm thinking I'll leave well enough alone.

I tend to agree with leaving well enough alone. I have three more years to monitor.

There is no fix. You have to drive it for a while for it to have the temperature adjust itself. It's a really poor design. The sensor is in the driver's side mirror instead of the grill area like most. The location often affects the heated/cooling seats and the heated steering wheel function. I...
