I've had these for 12 years and they still look good and fit well. They are easy to install and remove and are machine washable.

Sounds like there's at least a few od us. They said since there was no tsb or recall they had no fix. Maybe if more people report the issue they'll look into it.

Had my appointment today - waited 2 hrs for the dealer to tell me they didn't have the part for the recall and the front camera worked 2 times in their lot so no fix.

Hope that fixes it - I have an appointment Friday for a recall and plan to ask about this and Smart phone as a key.

Sounds frustrating - hopefully the camera is fixed now and you basically traded one problem for another or do tou now have 2 problems?

Appreciate that info - I always have the option in UConnect and I check the box and it works for awhile but then stops and I have to recheck it. Assuming that is the same as your experience? Any chance you can take a picture of the paperwork showing what dealership tried? Thanks

Has anyone else experienced this issue and if so found any fixes? I have a 2025 Laramie level 2 and really like the front parking sensor activated camera for parking in my garage and other tight spaces but it frequently turns itself off and I have to go back into UConnect and check the option...

How are folks removing their truck from the app? I haven't found a way to delete it in the app or on the owners site.

I've had 4 CC long bed trucks but they have been Big Horns and Laramies. Definitely hard to find so my 19 was a dealer trade from 2.5hrs away and the other 3 were custom orders. They are pretty uncommon as they are not very popular and the dealers I traded them in with had trouble selling them...

Mine activated the front camera as soon as the front park sense sensors detect an object. I assume they are linked so the sensitivity is adjustable like the park sensor alerts.

I cant speak to the HD trucks - they retained the 4th gen body more or less until the 25 model I think so other than color may actually be a closer match but Im not sure. You can probably find out more by calling a camper shell dealer who sells used and asking them what would fit.

2025 with 360 camera have parksense camera activation as an option in the Uconnect safety amd driving assistance options. I really like it and was told it is a new option based on the all new electrical architecture for the 2025. The only annoying thing is mine will randomly turn itself off...

I special ordered my last 3 rams because I could never find what I wanted on a lot even with a nationwide search. Starting out woth a CC and 6'4" box means probably 95% of dealer lot trucks don't match. Add 6 pass seating to the mix and it narrows even further. Then add my preferred paint...

Not sure about a 2500 but a 2018 1500 shell will fit a 25 but will be taller than the cab because the 2019+ trucks have taller bed sides than the 4th gen. If the cap is bright silver it is also different from the 19+ Billet Silver. I can ci firm all this because I had a 14 bright silver 6'4"...

I have had hemi 1500's with and without the anti-spin and couldn't tell the difference even in MN winters. The traction control system is sophisticated enough to handle almost all situations and especially with Auto 4WD. I also had all three of my hemi trucks (19,21, and 23) with 3 21 gears...
