do you have descent control + axle lock?
wondering if you can mix n match from a HD, ie. use the plastic front cover from a 2500 panel and install your circuit board into the housing?
maybe the center 4-button area detached from the surround plastics.
its a whistling/flapping noise, not the regular wind noise. I've adjusted doors before, etc. I dont know what else is in that area that would be causing that noise.
looks like $55 for the for glass runner seal/strip. maybe I'll give it a shot.
have to make sure its all one piece, dont see a...
rf hub lockdown prevents new keys from being added...so would be thief with physical access, would not be able to pair a new key and drive away. neither will you if you ever need a new key. once its locked, its like "read only" and you would need to replace the RF HUB to add a key in the...
I didnt mark it, or grease it to be honest lol. it already had some grease there. kind of only fits one way. yes it's easy. cordless impact for the sway bar mount bolts and it can just swing down. then the driveshaft bolts come right out next and it drops out.

the factory bars have a "washer" welded, and it...

my truck is a 2019 5.7 bighorn, crew, 4x4, short bed, not sure what other variables come into play.
I tried looking by vin on various mopar parts sites...
Appreciate the tip, I did regularly clean and line the seals. My go to is dupont krytox gpl205, it’s around $80/2oz tube. Unfortunaly, that wasn’t the sound I was hearing. This was more plastic on plastic than the dry rubber skidding over metal sound.
You can probably see how much extra lube...
solved! spent some time partially dropping headliner again and started loosening/checking bolts and hardware.
I found these screws while checking things to be tight.
*note they were not tight, and I think this is by design so they can swivel.
anyway, I tightened them up, and noise got WAY...
