Final Update: On Tuesday I met with the GM of the dealership and we took a spin to “show the problem” there was some back and forth with the “shop guy” (he has a bad attitude and likes to argue with the customer) but the GM agreed he could hear it. After going round and round with the shop guy...
Update: I was contacted by the GM of the dealership mentioned (now all of a sudden they want to help). They did specifically mention me calling them a joke (hurtful yes, but still currently my opinion) . I’m meeting with the GM Tuesday at 7:30am to have him personally look into this. This is the...
The funny thing is what happens when they start selling the Grand Wagoneer?? You think someone that buys a premium luxury vehicle is going to be okay with the absolute crap service departments???? The Ram service is what stops them from taking more sales.
I had been having a clunking in the front end of my truck and decided to bring it in. They replaced the axle on the passenger side, this fixed it for about 24hrs. About a day after I pick it up it start to clunk again but with a different feeling to it. I also realized that when I turn fully...
Have the dealer check you passenger side axle. There known for letting water in and then ripping up splines (ask me how I know lol). Don’t drive it in 4wd at all with this going on it makes it MUCH worse. This should be covered by warranty for sure. Another thing to check is the sway bar links...
I have these tires on my 2019 ram 1500. They work freaking great!!! I’ve had them in a few snow/ice storms and had zero issues. Will comment on tread wear but not noisy at all.
I was having the A/C issue like everyone else here and the dealer kept saying the same crap “performing as designed”. Just recently I brought my truck in for service and told them if they don’t fix the list of issues I’m going to crush them on the survey and google because I’m tired of it. Would...
Well I have been doing yard work the past couple weeks. At one time I had between 2400-2800lbs of soil in the truck bed. The truck obviously squatted a lot but did extremely well. My rated payload is 1682 so I was about 1k over. I only had to haul this load 1.7 miles and was more worried about...
Don’t try to sell that truck anywhere with snow. Up here in New England a 4x2 is pretty much useless. There will be the guys that say a 2wd is fine and you won’t need it, what they really mean is they have avoided every situation that required 4wd. I can’t speak for everyone but I will say if...
