So... I did this latest update on my 2022 Big Horn with the 8.4 inch Uconnect 5 system. I was hoping they would have fixed the issue with the turn cam coming on but not turning back off. Nope, still having the same issue. So, had to disable it... again. Ugh.
I have been text messaging them for a few weeks now. Ever since I started having this issue with 18.1.7. Still not resolved. I just sent them a screen shot of your post via text message. Like you said, I can't seem to get them to actually TALK to me. They want every communication to be either...
Just tried the new firmware... 18.1.8. Still having the same issue I had with 18.1.7. Constant "Updating..." message. Can't access the (non-live) menu.
I have been in text message contact with them for the last several days now. Today they told me that their Engineer is still looking into the constant "updating..." message issue with 18.1.7. Said they're a small company and only have one Engineer. I asked if another firmware version (18.1.8)...

Yeah, I'm going to call the dealer today. Yesterday morning, first start of the day, it cranked over slowly, which is indicative of a weak battery. Last night when I got home from work, I disconnected the negative post on the battery to prevent the battery from draining overnight. This morning I...
I have a new 2022 Ram 1500 Bighorn I've only had for just over a month. I just noticed that the "Press Brake and Push Start Button" display goes off but then comes back on after about 10 second, then goes off, then comes back on, etc. I stood outside the truck with the key fob in the house, and...
