The only positive about this is several of us are experiencing the same issue. It would be much harder to figure out if it was only a one-off. Glad the issue can be replicated. I still get it almost daily.

Whatever quote you got during ordering is what you're paying. You should be locked in. MD doesn't surprise the buyer and play games.

Plenty of us here to help. I bought and shipped from MD. I'm in NC. It was a fantastic process! It's my first Ram too.

The delivery can change and sometimes for the better. Mine was going to take a month and it ended up being like 2 weeks. Plus factor in the dealer will need 7-10 days or so to perform the inspection before you can pick it up.

Here's the deal. I learned the hard way. If the truck is turned off for long periods the GPS and Ram Connect app only updates about twice a day. 5am and 6pm ish. I didn't try it, but I've seen folks say if you use the app and give the truck a lock command it will wake up the computer and ping...
