If lemon law is available to you do not hesitate. I speak from experience. I had a 2019 Audi Q8. Fully loaded problems started pretty quickly and I finally got disgusted and hired an attorney. Made several requests for them to buy it back. They refused,as soon as the attorney sent them a demand...
What truck did you go to. I’m holding onto my 20 for at least another year. It seems the GM products have issues as well. Tranny and lifters. It’s crazy how many issues these mfg’s have.
When I spoke to them the other day they told me they have all new alignment equipment that can check it to see if it's off. So i will wait to bring it in and see what they say. I didn't know that was possible.
Had all this done on a recent warranty repair. The truck pulls to the right slightly. I called and asked about it and was told I probably need an alignment. I told him why wasn't it done under the warranty repair, and was told the extended warranty doesn't cover this. It is a Mopar EW best one...
The added reverse lights worked for years. Just wondering if it could be connected to the front fogs which I guess would be led also since the headlights are led. But I should check. Thanks
The dash indicator says they are on but no lights. Also have the mod for the added reverse lights . They are LED that are connected through the harness for the trailer hitch. They don't work either. I didn't splice any wires used a splitter harness so i didn't have to cut any wires. Anyone...
I did this in 2020. I paid it off as soon as I got home from picking up the truck. Never heard a word from anyone. Although I was a little worried about it.
Agreed he may be right, but good luck proving it. And I agree any dealer telling me that would never see me again. That little threat would make me never buy anything there again, and that was from one of the cheapest services they provide. F-them.
Brought my truck in for other work early December, all covered on mopar extended warranty, and asked about it. They ordered both sides. I waited for all parts to be in and dropped it off last Saturday, it should all be done by today. Front diff, all axles and front Mopar fox shocks replaced. I...
My '20 has the same issue on Long Island, I have the extended warranty so letting dealer fix it. Just to let you know the OEM manifold just came in and have been waiting since Thanksgiving for it. So definitely if no warranty I wouldn't use OEM.
I get it. It's an integral part and would involve undoing all the work the other dealer did. Waste of time and money to me but it is what it is. I will call the first dealer again and see what the story is about the parts. Thanks
Thats what i was going to do and still might. The first dealer said I have to pay a diagnostic fee, like 250. I took the position you didn't fix it and the tech are really good. That and the holidays set me back anyway so I am giving them another chance, otherwise I will bring it to the other place.
