At what elevation were those numbers pulled? Believe the test is in Boulder Colorado, nearly 5500' above sea level which would absolutely slow a vehicle down, especially a NA one. Doubt it was poor shifting. Car and Driver at sea level, in a 2025 HO Limited, got a 4.2 to 60, and a 12.9 quarter...
Actually, they could simply modify software to disable it permanently, then not supply an additional battery but change nothing in their current architecture. No different than the 'button' pushed to disable it.
Did you get a dyno run done to confirm a HP gain with the intake? No exhaust is giving 45hp increases, go with a JB4 or other piggy-back tuner to increase boost.

Some small sound change, but I'm running a AWE exhaust which is pretty aggressive. I did notice that now in 2WD it will spin tires at 45 mph if I mash it. Given that all these intakes (S&B, AfE, K&N) are essentially the same if you do a dry filter, I'd recommend the AfE given its better design...
Given I have a AWE exhaust, I don't "hear" much of a change, that said there is increased throttle response. Merging today at 50mph I put it down and it spun the tires. That was not the case prior to :)
Fully understand that, but in light of seeing the pressure and temp normal...at least for me, I wouldn't add oil. Again, hope it all gets worked out..clearly a bad sensor. Maybe I missed it, but you have less than 2000 miles on it...would you have ever had the first oil change?
