The front 2 USB ports keep dropping the connection. The iPhone battery goes from charging to not and then back to charging It just keeps repeating the cycle

From the dealer We’re working on it. The Bluetooth works fine. We see what the front two ports are doing. And the back ones are working. My phones charging on it. We’re just trying to see why it’s not pulling up Apple car play though now.

I get the message with just one cable plugged into the USB port. It’s at the dealer again for this but at least the dealer sees what’s it’s doing now but the truck has no codes. They have opened a STAR case and are working with FCA to resolve the uconnect on my truck is a piece of junk
