Trying since the 7th month! Called ram. They give you the run around by hanging up and transferring to someone who doesn’t have anything to do with truck. I’ve asked to speak to my case manager since 7th month directly not one call! The case manager sends the exact repetitive email every 14 days...

I’ve ordered a 2025 ram 1500 tungsten in January 2024 and I had to call Ram myself and told me it would be February 2025! I’m tired of waiting! Is there a way to check my order to see if my salesman did or didn’t prioritize my order? I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A TRUCK THAT WILL BE AN OLD NEW TRUCK!
