    Rear window surround crack.

I apologize, guess that was more of a rant than anything else. You have no idea how much I was holding myself back. lol When I get the motivation I'll wet sand it and polish it out. Can't replace the paint, but can make a little less noticable. The edges of the clearcoat are rough, which...

    Rear window surround crack.

I found a dent with chipped paint on bottom part of my tailgate after washing it. After watching a guy drying the hood of a Jeep when I dropped my truck off I told them please don't wash the truck. Guy was putting a lot of force drying on one specific spot on the hood most likely creating swirls...

    Rear window surround crack.

The glass is covered under warranty for 2 years. Your problem isn't with the glass, it's the frame that holds the glass. It's covered under warranty. The glass might only be covered for a year, can't remember. Either way your issue isn't with the glass

    Rear window surround crack.

If I would've known that I would've pushed for the updated one. I did bring it up, but that's as far as it went. Unless they replaced it and I don't know about it. I was planning on just doing the gasket mod.

    Rear window surround crack.

Just finished picking my truck up at the dealer. Everything looks really good. Communication isn't the greatest at the dealer, but that for me is easily overlooked when guys do an excellent job like they did. I told them to tell the guys that worked on my truck they did a great job. I was so...

    Rear window surround crack.

I haven't seen my truck yet, but was told everything is done with putting everything back together for the rear window. Now they're giving the truck an inspection. The check engine light was for the purge control valve. If it wasn't for the information online about the cracked rear window...

    Rear window surround crack.

When I go pick my truck up I can check the rear window on a 2021. Most likely it's the same as the replacements for the cracked ones now.

I'm not sure sealing a cracked frame will even last that long with all the twisting and such of the body. The replacement rear windows seem like a hit and miss. Yours is a 2020 and the frames are still cracking, mine is a 2019. I'm still unsure what to do with my truck and it's getting fixed.

    Rear window surround crack.

I felt the same way, but it will probably end up leaking some time down the road like mine. They got the new rear window assembly installed in mine. Just waiting for them to reinstall all the trim pieces and back seats. I already have a new Ford F250 picked out waiting on delivery at the...

    Rear window surround crack.

I just got back from dropping my truck off and hoping for the best. The service guys were friendly and hopefully the guys working on my truck take care of it. So far my experience hasn't been the greatest with any of the dealers in my area. The outcome of this experience will be the deciding...

    Question on Undercoating

If you already got the undercarriage sprayed, I wouldn't worry about the rubber for the undercarriage until next year. The rubber for the headlights, I'm not sure. I always treated the rubber before spraying. I would probably just let it go also until next year, then take care of it. This is the...

    Question on Undercoating

Best thing to do is spray all the rubber with silicone. I forget what correct names are for the different kind of rubbers. The rubber above the headlights and around the doors has pores, which will melt. All the rubber I recall on the undercarriage is poreless (oil resistant). A little bit of...
