I was wondering how you escalated this to FCA? this is a bunch of crap as they just replaced body mounts and claimed it was my child seat in rear causing the clicking in steering wheel?!? Its been in the dealer shop for this same problem 3-4 times.
Where are your squeaks coming from? I had a hitch on mine and it was causing some weird squeaks. I've had a terrible clicking in my steering wheel. Dealer has replaced, cab mounts, steering rack and pinion, intermediate shaft, etc. Ive had the clicking in the steering wheel at the dealer 4 times...
Yes, you are correct! I truly believe you are right! I think they are seeing a TSB regarding creaking on lateral movement! I’m not sure they have even a little bit of a clue.
Please help me diagnose this issue! My 2019 ram rebel is creeping or clicking only when going over 5mph and only when turning the wheel to the left! It’s mind boggling and the dealer is trying to say it’s normal, even though they have one on lot that doesn’t do it!
I agree with 100%! They have one more chance on Tuesday to fix! I already opened a case on this issue! And the paint issue it has that they have been jerking me around about ,which was estimated to be 2500-2600 to fix lower bottom strip!
