Well got my truck back Friday and didn't even make it 8 miles down the road to my house before check engine light came on. Drove back to dealership and they said the code is an O2 sensor so replacing that Monday, fingers crossed this is the last problem.

I'm not your friend and this is what forums are for we can talk to each other about a similar issue we are experiencing.

Still waiting on them to finish installing the new engine. As for the claim we have until the 28th to submit all supporting documents and hearing is scheduled for November 8th. It's getting very old this Thursday will be 10 weeks in the shop.

My 2020 has 14k miles on it and they are currently replacing my engine as well. I thought it might just be an anomaly but guess it's not since I've noticed other customers also needing new engines

I thought the same thing, said it could take up to 2 business days but received it late yesterday evening so I was pleasantly surprised.

They approved mine and have set arbitration for November. I hope we can settle before then but we will see.

They replaced my transmission too and that did not fix the issue that's why they are now putting in a new motor. I hope your transmission fixes your problem.

Filed a claim today with NCDS so hopefully that will get the ball rolling

Well I can't even get my case worker to even call me back or return my emails. The dealership is supposed to receive the new motor today sometime, so we will see I guess.

Only update is that they are putting in a new motor and it's still there while they do that.

Well I've called twice and left messages but of course no reply. I also sent two emails one telling them it might be time for a lemon law claim and the other asking about a vin swap as you suggested. Well of course no response to either of those emails as well. Ram cares communication definitely...

The only problem with starting a lemon law claim is that I bought the truck when they had the big rebates. I will not get the same rebates and probably not the same interest rate I received on this truck. Plus not many 2020 trucks in my area and none equiped like mine. I just might be screwed on...

Well got the call today that they cannot figure out what the issue is so Chrysler said replace the motor. Hopefully this will finally work, it's been almost 60 days without my truck.

Well new transmission didn't fix the issue. They now think it's electronic issue. I've never had a new truck have these kinds of issues before, I hope they can figure it out.

Mine 2020 Bighorn has to have oil pump replaced. Still in in shop now getting a new transmission put in. I hope this is the last of the problems
