You probably need a recall or two. There is an ABS software update needed on my '22. So far we both seem to have dodged the rear window leak and cracked exhaust manifold. Do not know if you have eTorque, I do. So far, so good. Really is a nice truck at a good price.
I would have turned it over to insurance in the first place. Now there is a finger-pointing problem. Still best to contact your insurance company and file a claim. But read all the fine print in your policy before you do so, particularly any section called "exclusions."
Might end up needing an...
It is a nice truck. Bought it used, need to take care of a recall and have a problem with the lock on one door (electrical issue). Again, it is a nice truck.
I picked a Ram because I did not want squeaking rear springs on a Ford, was looking at Ford because I could not afford (justify) a Chevy...
The Italian Honeymoon
After returning from his honeymoon in Punta Gorda , Florida with his new bride, Virginia, Luigi stopped by his old barbershop in Jersey to say hello to his friends.
Giovanni said, "Hey Luigi, how was da treep?
Luigi said, "Everyting wasa perfecto except for da damma...
I was thinking about this today when I got my groceries out of the back of the truck. Not too bad, was detailed earlier this year. Almost took a picture, but now see I missed the deadline. Maybe next time!
Congrats to the winners, hope you find the covers useful. Look forward to a review in the...
That was a great training aid while learning, helped resolve some confusion on left vs right. I do not quite trust the aids yet other than the mirrors, and the camera is great for hooking up in the first place.
Backing into a spot? Really like seeing a "line" in the mirrors I can work to...
The URL says "Jeep" but it works with RAM VINs, I just ran mine. Replace the "XXXXXXXXX" with the VIN of interest:

I take it more as wanting to get any part as soon as possible rather than a better part in a day or three. Napa is more geared to quality parts unless I want whatever now. Depends on what customer service means from a (store) cultural perspective. Most in a consumer chain store are geared to...
With Napa, I often have to wait a few days for the part I feel worth it. This based on price and Internet search reviews.
With the other common chain stores, they are generally either not able or not willing to order what is not on-hond or at a neighboring store.
Nothing against Trakmotive, no basis for positive either. Other than Rock Auto which has a good reputation as a retailer, I also use Napa and never buy the cheapest option from them, and they do often have Dorman available.
As to any of the other chains, you mentioned AutoZone and O'reillys, no...
The "AutoZone dude" code reader may not read all codes, particularly may not read chassis codes. If the truck has off-road pages, look to see it the angles look reasonable on the screen.
That is exactly what I do, except the site directive at the end. There are a bunch of useful Google directives. The quotes are handy too if searching for an exact phrase.
