Air Suspension Leveling Kit - Ready lift Vs. Revel Performance (Air Links / Spacer)

It’s called aero mode. Short for aerodynamic… so either we both are dumbasses or Ram meant for us to be confused 😂

Air Suspension Leveling Kit - Ready lift Vs. Revel Performance (Air Links / Spacer)

Similar to yours. Revel told me you can hear a click/pop when they set properly. So as long as you hear that you should be good. Btw. Where did you measure for the 2.5? Revel pre set mine and I measure 2.5 inches red line to red line in the photo attached.

Air Suspension Leveling Kit - Ready lift Vs. Revel Performance (Air Links / Spacer)

Correct but by adding a space up front with the links you end up with the same amount length in the airbag. I added 1/2 inch total to the air bag length in the front and rear when all was said and done. Not enough to make a difference and the ride quality is identical. In theory I could...

Air Suspension Leveling Kit - Ready lift Vs. Revel Performance (Air Links / Spacer)

First made them the same length as the factory links. Then made them 6 full turns longer.

No just one end. Loosen the nut. Adjust. Put it back on then tighten the nut down.

Air Suspension Leveling Kit - Ready lift Vs. Revel Performance (Air Links / Spacer)

Closed all the way is a lot of lift in the front. Why are you adjusting them that short? Also they aren’t fully seated on the bottom. Most likely because they are way too short.

Air Suspension Leveling Kit - Ready lift Vs. Revel Performance (Air Links / Spacer)

To raise the front you make the links shorter. They should be 2.5 inches long from opening (where they attach to the arm on the sensor) to opening. Rear I took out the rear link. Made the revel link the same size then INCREASED the size of the revel link by 6 turns. Making the front shorter...

Air Suspension Leveling Kit - Ready lift Vs. Revel Performance (Air Links / Spacer)

I am happily with the setup. Looks level. Went with 6 turns above factory on the rear. I’m now have about 1/4 inch rake. Which means it seems 2 turns is 1/4 inch since I did 6 and originally was 1/2 inch nose high. Thoughts? Edit: sorry it’s parked on a slight incline. I can grab a better...

Air Suspension Leveling Kit - Ready lift Vs. Revel Performance (Air Links / Spacer)

Thanks! I did exactly as you said and will be installing tomorrow. I saw one set of instructions that said 3 turns was 1/4 inches and another that said it was 2 turns for 1/4 an inch. Given I’m 1/2 nose high. I guess 6 turns will work for me either way.

Revel links Spacer and UCA level kit

I got the front installed today but it was almost dead level without using the rear links. Right now I’m about 1/2 inch nose high. If I install the back links that were preset from revel, how much will that raise the rear of the truck? I rather have a little rake than be nose high but wonder...

    325/50r/22 On A Limited With ORP/Air Suspension

They are wide and will rub with the factory offset, may want to consider a 285/55/22 which is just under 35 inches but only 11.2 wide.
