I thought the same thing. There is a weld that was done improperly in my door frame which is now leaking. What other bad welds were done on this truck?

Here is what they’ve done to the dash I’ll be praying for you. Unfortunately I have had my grommets replaced several times because even when seated properly, they leak from around the seal. Somehow they’ve managed to leak even when sealant was applied.

After leaving it for a couple days it seems they found the issue! From what I understood from service advisor, the drain tubes in the rear of the truck were not installed properly from the factory. That caused water to run down the back of the truck and along the door threshold which pooled up...
