Finally got around to doing it on the 2500. They angle down more than yours, the plastics are a different shape.....but I like it, should have done it last year when we first started talking about it lol
Oh I thought you were asking about the Curt adapter. I'm mounting different reverse lights, I just put a connector on the Curt adapter that I got after cutting off the 6 feet of the 5 pin side. The center wire (blue if I remember right) of the 7 pin is the reverse wire you need. Autozone has 2...
Yeah but you have to click them on each time. A $40 (ish) investment for the lights and harness, plus you can wire them to turn on by just a switch when you don't really need the truck in reverse.
I was a little iffy when I bought my '09 as it was a "first year", but here I am 12 years later and the only issues I've had were self induced lol. With it being an ST (Tradesman of the time) I don't have any bells and whistles to break....so that's a plus. Still cleans up good and goes well...
