Absolutley not. I have the 12.1 and aftermarket radios I have installed from pioneer, alpine, kenwood blow it out of the water in both sound quality, connectivity, and features.

Headers can alter your air fuel ratio. Also everything is computer controlled on these trucks. It o2 sensors are reading differently the engine could also be cutting spark or closing the throttle blades.
Honestly if your looking for better mpg for long drives then get 3:21 gears instead of the 3:92 ratio. My previous ram had the 3:21 and my mpg were much better than I get with my 2019 E-TQ with the 3:92 gears.
I didn't have to unplug the sub at all and my ANC still works perfectly. I just miss having under seat storage but that's what happens when you install a dual 10" ported sub box for full size subs.

Do you have the 12" display? My 2018 ram had the 8" uconnect which I replaced with a pioneer nav unit with no problem and everything functioned perfectly.
