I have the SB and it works pretty good. Race might a little to much for every day driving but good if some hot dog pulls up next to you. And it’s all about just pushing a button and with SB you can program and take the unit out.
Sorry just poked my head to the site today and yes 3/4 of turn gave me 1/2”. Some trucks may be different i cut 1/2 first just to make sure i did not go to low.
I’m happy right now it’s only 1/4” higher I’m waiting to see if they settle anymore. It looks pretty level you have to really look hard to notice. I have never put anything in the back yet I’m curious if I put something heavy or tow something if they will settle a little more.
I got the Maxtrac springs and got a full 2”s and the ride was just like the stock ride if not better. I also wanted a stock ride nothing stiff. I even cut 3/4” off them and the ride is still like stock. My wife can’t even tell the difference and she hates the ride of lowered trucks.
Dash and rear headliner are 3.5 but rear headliner will need a little fabrication to use the original holes at least for the infinity speakers. Doors are 6x9 at least rear doors are the front doors are the only ones I have not replaced yet but have heard they are the same.
I had readings of 2.3-2.7 but I thought I read somewhere where the system was a 2 ohm one. Hope I’m wrong and the HK amp is the same just more power. But thanks for the info.
After thinking about it I guess it would not work since the Harmon kardon amp is 4 ohm and the alpine amp is 2 ohm. So my next question is there another way to get more power to my speakers. I would like to keep all speakers and subwoofer where they are since I have pretty much changed them all...
