I used Bosch Icons on my previous rides and they worked really well. They sucked on the Ram, though, so now I just use Rain-X and they work great. I'm about to Rain-X all the glass again so I just picked up a set of the Rain-X Truck and SUV blades to see how they do.
Probably too new for Mopar to make them available, at least to the public, so I'd try to contact Klipsch or Panasonic Automotive to see if they could help.
