Probably 1/8-1/4 inch, all depends on what stick on weights they use. There's plenty of material on the calipers, their huge. Just have the shop use stick on weights behind the face of the wheel on the barrel and then hammer on weights on the backside of the wheel on the bead/lip if you don't...
It's going to remove some paint/finish when they install them on the wheel. You won't see it until you have them rebalanced. If you live where they use salt on the road it will eventually work it's way under the paint/finish and start peeling probably.
They'll need to install hammer on weights on the inside lip/bead of the wheel or you'll need to grind down your front calipers if they install stick on weights when balanced.
It's been awhile but I believe so. I was looking at converting my front end from Laramie to rebel and that's when I discovered that the front inner fender liners are different because the mounting points are slightly different at the cheeks and flare.
