Genuinely have no idea if the seals can be replaced or not. I can see two other places where it folds starting to get the same cracking and will eventually split.

Thank you. I really appreciate it. I cut the wire in pin 4 (red) in "half" and have the three wires running into one tie in if that makes sense. Original red wire I cut in pin 4, remaining pin 4 wire that runs down into the tape somewhere into the frame, and then I have the Nilight red running...
