    Yep that’s what it was. I removed the cover and it fit perfectly. My last truck was basically a work truck with steel rims and I honestly never even realized that these mid level trim trucks just had chrome caps on them. Thank you all for the help!

    I see, thanks. I actually went out and measured them and it was 19.5” so I just assumed it was 20”.

    So that was what just what I thought I saw was happening at 10:00pm with zero light on the side of the road. I could definitely be mistaken about that.

    Interesting. FWIW both the roadside guy and the tire guy I brought it to couldn’t fit their 22mm sockets on it. They both needed 7/8” (which converts to 22.23mm.) That could very well be it.

    I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn with stock rims. Last night I was on the road and I got the old nail in the tire. When I went to break the lug nuts I quickly realized that the lug breaker can’t actually fit over them. As best as I can tell the size is correct, but the socket is too thick to fit...
