UPDATE: After letting it sit all night with the battery disconnected, I finally got it back to where I could get into the uconnect. I was still getting the error message. I did a factory reset, when it came back, I shut the truck off and did the battery thing for a couple of hours. No change. I...- Garbanzo

I’ve done the reset a couple of times. I can’t get to “settings”. All I have is a grey screen. I’ll try disconnecting the battery tomorrow. It’s pouring down raining right now. 😁 Thanks!- Garbanzo

2024 Ram 1500 Crew Laramie 5.7 etorque 4x4 Today I got the Uconnect error, contact dealership. Searching thru this site as well as others, it seems there many “fixes”. One suggested letting the truck sit for 15-20 minutes with ignition in the run position. Did that, went out to cycle ignition...- Garbanzo
