Anyone know if the 12” screen has this issue also? I would upgrade if it fixes the issue.

Seems like the work around to the issue is to save the memory seats once you have your radio presets the way you want it. Unfortunate for those who do not have memory seats. I wish I can just add the memory seats buttons some how just to fix this.

When your presets get erased, does it reset to a list with various FM, AM, XM presets? The same list each time?

Is this something that can be done at home? A simple software update?

I found two production stickers in my new ram. The left sticker was inside the back pocket of the driver seat, the right was found in the passenger seat. What does “rebuild” mean in this case? The sticker was already torn in half.
