Thanks everyone for the responses. I actually am a little surprised that it’s something Apple has that android does not. Regardless it sounds like either plugging the phone in every time or using hey google is the best way to go.
I agree hey google is nice but not when loud music is on. In a...
Asking for a friend because I have an iPhone. We both have new 2020 1500s and when I long press on the voice command button on the steering wheel I can activate Siri on my phone (with my phone only being connected via Bluetooth, called Siri Eyes Free) which bypasses the trucks built in voice...
Do you have a picture of your truck with the 35s and level. I debated about going 35s but didn’t want to do any trimming plus they aren’t really rates for our stock wheel width. With all that said I still am thinking I want to do it someday.
My truck had about 2” of rake from factory. I wanted to keep a slight rake in it because of towing and just personal preference look so now it has just about 1” rake which you can hardly tell. With the factory 1” plus the 2.5” spacer it is now 3.5” higher in the front than non rebels or ORG...
I looked for that on this site and just saw the heading but no forum...and now I realize I wasn’t logged in. Let’s just chalk that up to a special moment by me lol
Just wondering what you guys do with the take off parts after mods. For example I put a lift/level, tires, and new cat back exhaust on. The tires were easy to sell on Facebook marketplace but the other stuff like stock Rebel exhaust and ucas I’m not sure what to do with since they are vehicle...
They’re 295/70r18 which is basically a 34” tire. I wanted to do 35s but didn’t want to buy new wheels or worry about rubbing. Not sure about fuel yet since it just got done plus I put the borla s type exhaust on so I’m sure that’s not helping my mpg when I just want to keep hearing the exhaust.
I just put motofab 2.5 in front and 1.5 in the rear with readylift ucas. Also ridge grapplers. Rides pretty much like stock, maybe a tad harsher but that could just be the tire differences. Regardless, love the stance!
That looks great!!! Any idea how much rake you had before and after this? It looks pretty level in the picture.
Side note looks like you’re still running the stock tires, any plans to go bigger? I see you’re running a spacer so I’m sure you probably have the space.
Did you leave the rear readylift 2” in or did you remove that as well? I was thinking about going with the motofab 2.5 in the front and 1.5 in the rear which leaves me with about 1” rake.
Did any of you happen to consider a 2.5 front and 1.5 rear? Looking to put motofab on my 2020 rebel (no air). After measuring it looks like I have a 2” rake so I’m thinking if I do front and rear it gets me a little more height a keeps a little rake for towing.
