As far as body roll, Replace the rear sway bar with a Hellwig sway bar because it is solid and adjustable and the one that comes on the truck is hollow. As far as tires, I would have asked if they would have given credit toward the tires on the truck and went and purchased some Michelin tires...

Have the dealer check the rack & pinion, Some of them had to be replaced.

Before if you went to Rams build and price page and priced out a Laramie with the Night Edition it came with black running boards. Now if you go and price a Ram Laramie with the Night Edition it does not come with the running boards, I wounder why?

I think everone just wishes that it would operate the way it is supposed to without any issues or glitches.

Are you considering getting a 2020 Ram after all the headaches you went through?

When are you going to black out the chrome on the running boards ?

Go to www.sudfactory.com they have a cleaner that is supposed to clean windows very well.

Even if they fix your truck and get it looking like new, It won't be worth as much. Might have to go after his insurance for diminished value.
