Was able to pick up the new truck today. Was very impressed with Koons. Brian, Craig, and the finance team took really good care of me and the deal was a little better than what I was expecting. Aside from the amazing deal, I had Brian’s 100% attention the entire time I was at the dealership...

So Craig is booked on appointments until next week. Sucks the truck is sitting on their lot and I still have another week before I can get it.

If I were you I would still take @Pi Esq. advice and get in touch with an attorney. It might not only benefit you but could help other people dealing with that dealer.

It may actually make a difference if the dealer put it in as a sold order. They basically screwed him over to add to their dealer allocations.

Looks nice, congrats. I can’t wait for mine to come in. I spoke to the dealer this morning and he said it is still sitting at the factory waiting for transport. He said it might be a while due to the driver protests. I sure hope not.

I ran into a restriction on mine also and the next day it was clear. I would have your dealer to keep trying daily.

Thankfully all I missed was the decal delete. I’ll be pulling out the heat gun when I pick it up… lol

@Xchief said his made it to Koons in 9 days. Hoping mine makes it there that quickly too. I just got my window sticker yesterday so mine and yours will probably be on the same truck. I’m local to the area (Baltimore) so I’ll be picking mine up the same day it arrives.
