If I were you I would still take @Pi Esq. advice and get in touch with an attorney. It might not only benefit you but could help other people dealing with that dealer.

I can’t wait for mine to come in. I spoke to the dealer this morning and he said it is still sitting at the factory waiting for transport. He said it might be a while due to the driver protests. I sure hope not.
@Xchief said his made it to Koons in 9 days. Hoping mine makes it there that quickly too. I just got my window sticker yesterday so mine and yours will probably be on the same truck. I’m local to the area (Baltimore) so I’ll be picking mine up the same day it arrives.
I’m sure his point was that someone asks that question almost every day so you wouldn’t need to look far to find your answer.

If they don’t cover it or take longer than 30 days, send them a certified letter and fight them under the lemon law.
You did nothing wrong, the truck should have been able to handle what you described, or one of its many safety mechanisms should have kicked in and preventing you from doing it.
