I use t/h mode, am aware that both the console shifter and the paddles will both not engage MDS, but would like to know if anyone has tried the nolimitz DT to turn off MDS?
I currently have the autostartstop eliminator installed for the start/stop but would like to turn off MDS.
First three are of my 24 Rebel GT Night and two of my 18 Sport. Loved that truck. Some schmuck lost control and hit my 18 and after some low quality work from the repair shop and run around from the insurance company, I said F it and traded up.
So…I’ve gotten into the habit now of hitting tow haul as soon as I get it, just like I got used to setting the gear limiter in my 18 and in my 12. It works and sounds a lot more mean too. Especially when it downshifts. Until they come out with something to turn mds off it’ll do.
I’ve started to try getting used to the paddle shifters and the console shifter as of late. Of course it would be nice to just have mds gone. I don’t even want to think about it since I hate the useless feature so much. I will look into the diablo though.
You keep saying that but if you have an aftermarket exhaust or the borla that comes with the gt then you hear it. They all do. No exceptions in that’s case.
