So you're currently at the latest version for the 2021 Year UAM radio model. As for the hiss you're hearing, I've seen a few times the ANC module might be having an issue. I would have it checked.

The onboard navigation is pretty nifty if you're in a dead zone for phone reception... But for general mapping purposes when cellular signal is available, using a nav app like Google, Waze or Apple maps is much better (due to real-time traffic and updated speed limits) and easier to use...
