When this happens, are you seeing the navigation icon do the animation like it's being clicked? It's possible this screen might be experiencing a ghost touch? This potentially could be hardware related, and not software related. It's possible that you might be experiencing the same issue...

I was incorrect. It turns out that the 2021 UAM model has a specific update that's above the 20xxxx version. It's the 2036.06. Only the 2019-2020 use the versions up to 1848.32.

That version looks like it could be higher than the USB versions, unless that was the factory base update and just looks like that. It doesn't make sense being a 2021 radio to have a version higher than the ones that came out in 2022, and the UAM doesn't have OTA updates. So I'm thinking it's...

Another way to access dealer mode is by holding down the left and right bottom corners of the touch screen at the very edge for 5 to 10 seconds. Just in case the temp buttons and front defrost doesn't trigger it.

When the wireless Android Auto or Apple CarPlay works, it actually connects via bluetooth, then the bluetooth is passed on to wifi for a better signal, even if the phone is not connected to a wifi access point. Is wifi turned on in the phone's settings when trying to use wireless Android Auto?
