I thought the same thing, but they claim it can be done with the braces in place. The one thing I know is that they assured me that whatever they do it will not void the warranty.

My dealer said that they could install a Backflip MX 4 on my 2021 1500 limited with MFT. 🤞🏻

Mine has been fine since I posted this.

The panoramic roof was replaced 3 times for leaks, rattles and not operating correctly. There were several other small issues too, but nothing worth noting.

Mine works fine in my 2019 Limited. I have the Samsung Galaxy S9+. Have you tried the USB C connection?

Probably not the best solution, but I just banged on my with my fist a couple times and it went away.
