How about at stuff and turn on the front? Street clearance and off-road clearance are often two seperate things. If you were to carry opposite corners of the truck (like crossing a ditch on a diagonal) while turning is there still clearance without rubbing?

We are just over a month in and are very happy. We haven't had an issue other than things my OCD have noticed. The factory alignment is crappy (or at least the steering wheel is not straight). I also noticed the bed is not bolted to the truck straight. The front of the bed is sitting 1/4" too...

The butt blower is really only needed with leather. The Rebel has a cloth center section that breaths very well. It stays cooler than out other vehicles that have had leather and venting.

Front and rear pressures should be different. My wife has the truck today so I can't check to verify the exact numbers, but our Rebel has a 10 pound difference front VS rear (rear lower).

If you go looking for a problem on the interwebs you will find it.... people are drawn to negativity like a moth to a flame. At the end of the day all you have is your peace of mind, but I don't put much into the overall quality concerns for these trucks just yet. It's far too soon to tell.
