    After 3 years, the 5th dealership I tried finally figured out the issue causing my noise - a pinched jumper wire harness inside the rear driver's side door. There you go, in case this happens to anyone here.

    Beep or humming noise coming through speakers

    I'm having the exact same problem in my 2019 ram 1500 limited. High pitched noise coming from the rear speakers that can be eliminated with ambient lighting turned all the way up.
