Hmmm, maybe. My son has a 2022 Bighorn 1500 also and his is ok on battery. He had other issues that seems to be corrected with last update. I’m starting to second guess my decision on getting the eTorque option. Either way obviously I’m not the only one since there is a star case#. Hopefully...
Yeah I had SXM issues also. The dealer reset my radio 2x and fixed it. Now I can’t use the radio unless my truck is running. I’m going back to the dealer today. They said they are having tons of defective radio issues and have to log 2 repairs on my truck to order a new radio (which is back...
Been having issues with my uconnect 5 (8.4”) On my 2022 1500 Big Horn. First SXM wouldn’t work. Dealer had to do 2 hard resets and had the the truck for 2 days. Now Sirius works but just noticed I can’t use the radio in ACC mode (battery, engine not running). I get “error please restart...
For everyone on here looking to upgrade your radio from 5” to 8.4” remember there is a reason infotainment, nismo and others charge $1,700 so you don’t have to do the research or worry about if it fits. I personally don’t feel it was worth the additional $500 and also wanted new parts, not a...
I can tell you when I ordered mine the pics didn’t match my stuff either. Bottom line is call another dealer with that vin and verify that part # is the center stack you are looking for. Better yet call the online place your ordering from and ask them to verify center stack info. Again the pics...
Looks like the 493 fits 2019-2020 and the 513 fits up to 2021. They both fit the 8.4” radio and look identical. Honestly not sure since I don’t have a rebel and I’m not sure what year Rebel you have. I would search dealerships online and find the same year/model as your truck and radio options...
I purchased the mopar 2 pack 8.4” screen protector on eBay also. Just to give the screen added protection against scratches and easier cleaning. Don’t forget to disconnect the negative battery cable before removing old and installing new radio. Once finished reconnect and have some patience for...
That’s with CarPlay, Sirius/xm & no nav. 👇 I believe the part # you posted is for the 1500. I went with the radio below that matched my truck. Works perfect, no issues.
If I recall someone tried to to reuse the outer bezel but didn’t come close to lining up. Honestly I would buy a new one for the price of $257, it isn’t as bad as the radio price. Just my 2 cents. Good luck!
