It’s been over a year now since the dealer replaced my media hub for the USB under the screen. Not a single issue after they replaced it. Mine was under warranty so I can’t say how much it would have cost. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- Brokenwise

I had something similar with my 2019. Dealer attempted to order a whole new 12 inch unit but FCA required them to replace the usb media hub. Dealer replaced the media hub and the problem went away. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- Brokenwise
