Update: I got a call from the dealer stating the problem was caused by the EPS "Electric Power Steering Rack". Said that it has a short and that Ram is aware of the problem and it will be covered by warranty. Bad news no racks are available with no ETA on when they will be.

What fixed this issue? Mine did the same thing and Ram Cares had it towed to a dealer. It is there now just wonder what fixed most issues.

I did check behind the rear seat and no signs of water or moisture. I have the battery disconnected at the moment to see if that helps. If I will get the battery load tested.
