I was told by a mechanic friend(non-dealer) that the tapping at cold start was the hydraulic lifters just before the oil pressure builds enough to get oil in them. Usually happens more often if the truck sits for a couple or more days.
I ran the update from 37.9 to 39.9 this morning and everything is working as it should again. Didn't do the battery disconnect and didn't lose anything Sirius related.
Just drove around for a couple of hours with no issues still. Fingers crossed!

Mopar doesn't make a leveling kit for the air ride truck, but the Daystar/Revel links kit has been installed and thoroughly tested by myself and lots of people on the forums. A quick search will give you a lot of threads on the subject.
I have had the Conti Terrain Contacts for almost 3 years now with 20k on them. Great all around tire and 100 times better than stock but that isn't saying much for those Eagles.
What is largest tire you can run on the factory 22's? I was thinking 33X12.50 but is the stock offset to close and will causing rubbing? I think it would be fine at normal setting since I have air ride
