What pressure you run depends on the load ratings from the tire manufacturer. My 35” k02’s seem to ride and wear best at 32-35psi in the front and 30-32 in the rear unloaded. Most tire manufacturers have a chart for their tires that will show you the load ratings at different pressures. The...
Truck looks great. My strut nuts were the same. I had to use an 18mm impact socket with a punch through the side of it, an 8mm socket through the center of the 18mm holding the strut shaft, and a pry bar holding the whole thing. Total PIA.
I just got done putting a set of these on my truck. I had a 2” motofab spacer in the front and decided to leave them. I put the fronts at the second clip position and it netted an extra half inch with my non-orp springs. I have airbags in the rear so no rear lift needed. With 35’s my front...
A few months later and I’m still liking the airbags. I’ve got at least 5k miles on them so far and I haven’t had any issues. They really do provide the best of both worlds. They’re comfortable when the truck is unloaded and they make the truck stable, comfortable, and level when it’s loaded.
I...
I run the KO2’s in a 35x12.50r20. I have a 2” spacer level in the front and Firestone coil replacement air bags in the bag. I think they fit great and I’m impressed so far with the road manners. I’ve got about 11k miles on them so far. My only complaint with the tires is the wet performance...
Looks like Poly Performance has the fox 2.5’s listed for sale. $2100 for the front set and $1350 for the rear set with dsc adjusters.

Got to tow this weekend. Towed a 32’ travel trailer with a dry weight of about 7k and a hitch weight of around 800 lbs. This plus people and cargo. The rear bags were at 80 psi and a weight distribution hitch was used too. The tires were all at 60psi. The truck towed well. Super controllable for...
Took the truck out for a day trip to Cow Mountain in Northern California. There’s nothing too challenging except for smaller ruts and washboards in the summer. There’s a couple spots with steeper grades but nothing crazy. Low range came in handy for braking down some steeper sections but that’s...
I had thuren stage 3 on my 2500 and it was a great balance for a daily driver. I’m glad to hear that for sure. I’m not sure the 1500 needs valving that stiff though.
I was reading about the 2.0 coilovers that Fox released for our trucks finally. Looking through the install instructions and I noticed that in the pictures they have a 2.5 factory race series coil over in the front and piggyback shock in the back. On the first page of the instructions they give...
I think the only issue you might run into would be having super soft springs in the back making it feel a little boat like but I’ve run them at pretty low pressures and they are comfortable for me. They go low enough to basically tuck a 35” tire.
As far as reliability concerns for me the...
