I know I’m bumping an older inactive thread here, but I’m curious if you ever got around to getting a quote from your dealer for a recalibration/recharging of the air suspension system?

Well, 10 weeks and 6 days since ordering, I finally got the call from Aaron at Mark Dodge, truck has arrived! Attaching photos he texted me, will update with better/more pics once I take delivery and get home with it.

OK, I was wondering, your timeline looked fairly similar to mine so when you mentioned the potential delays you may be facing I was concerned. Best of luck to you, as always I look forward to seeing pics once you take delivery!

Dang, I hope there are more transporters lined up between now and Tuesday afternoon when I had tentatively planned to get it. Glad to hear you got yours though, I’ll be waiting here for pics!! 😀

@Cliffrunner88 Well, it seems like another day has passed and no word for either of us! LOL, you are so right about this being the most torturous part of the entire wait.

He said it is in Illinois, so if our trucks are indeed on the same train, then unfortunately it’s looking like the end of next week will likely be the earliest we can hope to take delivery. 😕

I am a bit confused, Ram chat has given me a 6/25-7/9 dealer ETA, and Aaron confirmed that this morning. There wouldn’t be two different trains only two days apart, would there?

I have not checked in again since last Thursday, us three that have trucks on that shipment should assign one another dates to take turns messaging Aaron on, LOL

I really hope mine made it on that train with yours! Ram Chat this morning still told me its in shipping status with no dealer ETA yet.

For those of you who are getting your window stickers and build sheets within a day of one another, which of the FCA website “prefixes” are you using to do so? For mine, the Chrysler website populated the build sheet a solid day-and-a-half to two days earlier than the Dodge or Jeep website...

In my experience, Rebecca has given me the most detailed descriptions out of everyone I have chatted with thus far. Most of them give the typical extremely vague and scripted responses and descriptions to which I always just respond with a brief “would you happen to have a date or date range...

Oh crap, I would be so discouraged to be held back past someone who ordered AFTER me, I hope they ended up getting your truck on the same shipment that Ram Chat told me this morning I was on (Rebecca said my truck was officially in the hands of the shipping company as of ~6:30am central time...
