I think this is normal - I have had the same experience with my 2019 and 2025. Wired phone or through Android Auto.
This will happen (in my case) as long as I am within 10-20 feet of the truck during the call, regardless of whether I turned the engine off.
There are countless threads about the 2025 MY. on this site.
I have owned a 2025 for 15 months.
Had a 2019 Laramie with Hemi for 5 1/2 years.
Zero mechanical issues with 2025. Love the 3.0 engine (SST) -- will not ever go back to the Hemi!
I have had Countless Software issues in my 2025 issues...
Yep - he is an idiot
I stopped watching his rambling nonsense many years ago—total flip-flops on Gen 5 Ram, and other vehicle reviews that I wasted my time watching.
Hurricane any day of the week.
Owned a Hemi, love the sound and that is it!
I have the SSO - it is leaps and bounds better than the Hemi (power, Torque, fuel economy) towing.
This is not subjective -- it is quantitative.

Had a 2019 with leather seats, my 2025 has power cloth seats.
OK comfort on both trucks,
My subjective issue is inadequate adjustments (seat bottom up/down angle, fore/aft/height/recline of bottom and back).
For me, the seat bottom is not long...
Agreed ---
What I want to know is what triggered the issue in the first place.
And, why dealers dont know or want to disconnect batteries to reset the system as the last resort for issues that dont trigger a code.
