It is a temporary program, which could get turned on/off as they see fit, or adjusted. When purchasing on the lot or placing a factory before 9/2, you are eligible with name attached to VIN. We shall see on the 3rd if they change anything with the program or not

IMO, there's no reason for destination charges - I'd rather they just include it in the base MSRP, raised if necessary. BUT it allows them to state, for RHO for example, "Starting at $69,990" Additionally, they don't pay holdback on dest fees so it saves them $66 worth of payback to dealers LOL.
