    Vented seats not turning on

did ya check the fuse? You say you searched but don't mention anything you've tried or checked. Are you saying they worked before but are no longer working?

    U1267 code

Sounds like a starter. Pretends to be a weak battery IE: clicking but no start, starts normally sometimes, cranks slowly sometimes. If your battery tests good then I'll bet starter. Happened to me.

Unintended Steering Behavior at Moderate Speed

The system is trying to protect you from...you. It assumes you are drifting lanes unintentionally and is trying to "lane keep". As baltorex said, once you turn on your turn signal the system then decides the lane change is intentional and no longer engages.

    Another initiate

Those powersteps...for your wife...they will become one of your favorite things about the truck. I'd bet $2.50 on it. Enjoy the truck, sounds like a nice one, but pictures are always welcome.

*HEMI UPDATE* 2026 Ram 1500 Factory Orders @ MARK DODGE

When I go to "Build & Price" on Ram's website it doesnt offer the option to build a 2026. Am I missing something?

    Changing Transmission fluid

Trust me, it's not now or never. On my last ZF 8spd I never changed the trans fluid til I was past 160K miles. Had the fluid analyzed by Blackstone. The analysis showed relatively little breakdown and moderate debris. On this one I changed at 120K with zero issues since, and I'm at 167K now...

    88 Octane

I I am now at 162,000 miles on my hemi. And I’ve never put a drop of anything but 87 octane in it. Runs like a champ. I pay close attention, particularly in the summertime listening for pinging, but I’ve never heard any. But this makes me really curious about 88 octane so I will be watching...

2023 Lone Star 1500 - went from 84 miles remaining parked to empty 12 hours later

Well, honestly it sounds like you indavertantly left the truck running when you exited. It then idled till it died and then killed the battery. The low battery would explain the many warnings, this is a well-known issue. Hate to admit but I've done this a couple times, which I chalk up to...

    Power Running Boards?

At one time, like 10 or 15 years ago AMP was the OEM supplier to RAM, but that hasnt been the case for several years. When I got mine I researched to find the manufacturer and I did but I cannot recall who it is, nor did I seem to store that information anywhere. If I think of it I'll repost.

    Moaning-Droning-whatever: very frustrated

@Pop's Ram - here's a strange thing. The noise is gone. literally no evidence of it ever being there. I waited about 3 weeks to be sure, but I never hear it any more. Puzzled, but happy for now.

    Power Running Boards?

Thats a bummer to hear. I've got 159K miles on my 2019 with the Mopar PRB's and not a single issue. Knocking on wood. I do spray the mechanical joints but just occasionally. Temperature never seems to make a difference. Wonder if i'm just getting lucky so far. I do love them though. so...

    Moaning-Droning-whatever: very frustrated

Well it certainly sounds like we have the exact same problem. I had a mechanic tell me of a non-urgent concern about one of my axles/differentials, but that it was far too early to worry too much about it. I'm trying to reach hime and will advise if this is at all related.

    Dreaded Hemi-tick

Just curious, what makes you certain it's not an exhuast leak?

    Moaning-Droning-whatever: very frustrated

Thanks for the ideas! I don't think mine is ANC related, and I dont have a roll-up, but do have a tri-fold soft cover. I believe I can rule that out too given the miles I've put on with the cover and the nature of the sound going in and out at many different speeds.
