To replicate it I simply had to change a few settings either on the instrument cluster or the main 8.4" display. Then go to shift into D and most of the time this will happen. Brand new 2019 rebel. Picked it up 3 days ago(200km) and this has happened to me about 15 times so far. I have a great video of it as well as an odd noise coming from my shifter knob area.
