I all of a sudden started have the same promblem and receiving the error message. I took it to the dealership and they said that it was he hub below my 12" screen. They replaced it with a new one and all has been well thus far. Granted I just picked my truck back up yesterday.

Had my bed sprayed by Line-X.

Glad to see that line-x seems like the way to go. This is my first truck and I scheduled my line-x installation for this Tuesday.

I ran the update and all functionality of the radio and Nav has been restored.

Have either of you experienced your 12" uConnect locking up or Nav not working after the installation of the update? I have a 2019 and have received the update notification. However, I have read some horror stories on here and am reluctant to update it. I tried searching for successful update...

Has anyone successfully updated the 12" and had Nav, etc. function properly?

I was told that the system needed to be updated. However, I should not drive it while it’s updating. my XM, HD Radio, and the map function works. Other than when I am streaming music, I have to adjust the volume When I first start the truck.

Geeze... I literally just got back from picking up my new (to me) 2019 w/ 12" screen. My volume controls are hit or miss and my Nav will not load. The update message keeps popping up and I am extremely nervous about doing it. The only way to listen to music thus far is to stream it via bluetooth...
