Radar Led's in Cluster

I finally got a few minutes to add my Radar Alert LED's to the cluster so I don't have to have the volume up to hear above the stereo.

Led's I put in the dash to get visual alert of Radar Alert . I keep the volume down on the radar , so if the radio is up I may not hear it. This makes sure I get the alerts.

What kind of radar detector are you using? Did you have to open and soldier for the external leds or is that an option on some?
