We know you can engage the parking brake, thanks to @mike_ct .

Last night while driving home I confirmed you can retract your folding mirrors at 55. I guess I can see a reason for needing to do that but what if you accidentally tapped that button in traffic? It was a bit disconcerting.

I also meant to try the tailgate release at speed but forgot that in my mirror excitement. I think I can argue the merits of dropping it both ways.

Any others?

You can't stop the tailgate in gear. you have to be in P

Dropping the tailgate while on the road at speed sounds almost like some James Bond move!

I guess it all would depend on what you have pre-loaded on your bed!

4th gens would drop the tailgate all on their own at speed. ;). Happened to mine several times. Never had any issue with it thankfully...other than having a mind of it's own.

I'm torn between a bed full of water balloons or bowling balls...

Water balloons may be just slightly less likely for you to to end up in a lawsuit!

Please be sure get us a video if you try either!

Yep, you're right. Had to try it and you do get a lovely EVIC message about shifting to park to use the tailgate button.

I did shift into R after dropping it and you get a really weird rear camera view. Handy to see if your license plate is still there. Of course the rear sensors are all red and angry too.

You can turn on the rear view camera while driving forward, but it only stays on for about 10 seconds. Good thing because if you are prone to motion sickness, this would probably be a guaranteed zuke...

It works at 75, too. The only question in my mind at the time was - would they extend at that speed?
I'm happy to report they did.

Oh. And that parking brake? Scary thing.

I think the owner’s manual even has a warning about the possibility of them not extending while at speed...

I can chew bubble gum
Bazooka, Bubble Yum, or Hubba Bubba, Double Bubble, or Wrigleys Double Mint!!!!

I think that was referenced in the manual also - idea being you can check your chains/hookup when towing but won't go and give yourself vertigo - cool feature though!

I was surprised to see I can run Android Auto on the 8.4 with other apps running on my phone (screen on ie Waze on the 8.4 and Google maps on my phone to search locations etc), pretty handy to have dual screens running

Actually was riding in a co-workers Chevy Traverse with the rear view camera replacing the traditional rear view mirror. It was pretty slick and your view is much greater. I'd like to have that when my tonneau cover is folded all the way up.
