I want to be proactive with my 2019 Ram 1500 hemi transmission. I am at 60,000 miles and want to have the drain and fill done on the tranny. What should i be looking at price wise for a shop to do this? So far i'm getting quotes from $700-$1000.

It's a smart move. But, you don't want a drain and pour. Drop the pan and filter. Your quotes are about right for that. Way to high for a drain and pour though.

Anywhere from $600-$800 including labor+fluid/filter. Depends on the shop.

I've been quoted $1078 at a North Jersey dealership plus 3% for a credit card.

Seems steep. I got both diffs, trans with pan and filter, and transfer case for $1200. And now it's so hard to say Trans or tranny without wanting to throw up. And now that ******* Epstein ruined Jerky for me. F&^%ing Hell.

$998 for diffs and transfer. Prices are also the highest for the fluids. Had one dealer quote $465.30 for the pan. No they were not replacing the pan.

Ended up ordering diffs and transfer fluids on line from Mopar Direct and did a pick up as they do not ship the fluids. Cost $228 not counting my gas and tolls. $770 difference - CRAZY, 6 plugs, 3 drains!!!!!!!!!!

Plan on (DIY) changing all the fluids when the weather is a little more accommodating. $335 for tran pan and 7 qts. mopar tran fluid.

Ouch, that's really high. Just for the diffs and transfer case i'm getting quotes of around $500 ish. I think i can still get under the truck to save $250.

Yup, guess i worded that wrong. That would be with the pan and filter. Thanks.

Cost 224 for the OEM pan and 97 for 6 quarts of mopar 8-9 speed fluid from amazon. Doing the service again on the driveway when the weather warms up.

Yeah it's way high especially considering what's involved, pretty simple. The dealership doesn't need my business.
