Hey everyone,

Has anyone else noticed that while the positive battery terminal on your RAM comes with a cover, the negative side is left exposed? It always seemed like a strange oversight to leave one side open to the elements.

If that bothers you too, we‘d love to share our Battery Box Cover specifically for the 2019-2025 Dodge RAM 1500 (Fuel version only). Note: Not compatible with the eTorque Hybrid models.

This cover fits over the exposed area for a cleaner, finished look. It blocks moisture and dust to reduce corrosion, while clear positive (+) and negative (-) indicators make terminals easy to identify. Plus, it prevents accidental contact and shorts while working under the hood.

2. We don’t currently offer H7 or H8 sizes, but we will consider it based on market demand.

These trucks use H7 batteries from factory so if it doesn't fit an H7 battery with blanket, then it's not a product anyone here can use. And the H8 is a popular upgrade when replacing battery, so that size is also a popular one to make

As HSKR stated, all or the trucks on this forum use H7 batteries. I upgraded mine to the H8 and would be interested in this product if y’all ever make one for it. Thanks.

I've double-checked with our team. Our cover fits the factory H7 (94R) battery. It is designed to go directly over the blanket. We don't have an H8 version yet, but we’ll definitely look into it based on your feedback. Thanks!
