Hello guys,

Has anybody installed 35 Inch tires on OEM Ram 1500 wheels???

Are they offroad - capable?

I really like the look of my ones (just changing the color) and wanna use them on bigger tires for daily driving and overlanding (no extreme terrain)... I've got these wheels you can see on the picture...

Kind regards from Austria - Europe

There is no issue in what tires you can mount on the wheel, but 35’s will need some additional clearance on the truck, whether lift or level, others may chime in, and it is discussed in the forum often. TUV okay with that?😁👍🏻

I just had some Wild Peak AT4W's 285/65 R20 installed with the same offset as the stock rims on stock suspension and everything fits.. Just barely but after zip tying the plastic liner back I can go full lock with no rubbing.

I would say that would be as close as you could get to 35's on stock rims and suspension. IMG_6066.jpeg

Thanks guys for your opinions/answers... My rims are 20x9 and Im thinking about to paint them satin black for a better look overall. 35s will come withon the next month but I think I will install a 2 inch leveling kit to get more clearance.😎🤘🏻
